Such a great experience and a fantastic product. We remodeled out office and ****** ***** was very knowledgeable and helped us out tremendously. We installed the carpet ourselves and save a boat load of $ by ordering from Long's Carpet.

I am very pleased with the flooring that i purchased from longs. I had originally had a bad experience with their shipping sub-carrier. But the management at Long's made sure that my shipping fees were returned and had a quick response. I would recommend them for their product and prices for sure.

I was very worried about my warranty on my Adura Max 465sq ft Sausalito after talking with my local retailer. They told me most online orders are NOT first quality products, hence voiding the manufacturer's warranty. I called Long's and spoke to Daniel immediately. He reassured me the order was Quality One and even texted me the label(s) on the boxes that were already shrink wrapped and ready to go. My order arrived in 4 days and were Quality One!! They were the cheapest I could find online, very accommodating to my wishes-- therefore--I HIGHLY recommend buying from them. Daniel promised me my warranty is good and will stand behind the product 110%. Thank you from a very happy customer from Midstate Illinois.

Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): I give Long's Carpet 3-star rating upon there reporting of their Better Business Bureau (BBB) but I may adjust later depending on service received. I am currently in the process of negotiating purchase price for Mannington's luxury vinyl plank with Long's Carpet and Flooring. At the bottom of company's webpage, it says that it is accredited by BBB with an A+ Rating. The salesperson, ******, mentioned this too. I queried the BBB website to confirm their claim. Unfortunately, their claim is not accurate. While business is in the BBB directory, it is not accredited. They do have an A+ Rating but there are zero reviews and zero complaints. Therefore, I am not sure under what guidelines that they are awarded with the A+ Rating. They do offer the best price so more to follow.

After an exhaustive internet search for floor covering, I found Long's Cpt. This company not only saved me money, but walked me through my entire order process, as well as calling me to advise that my order was shipping. The sales staff as well as the service at Long's Cpt was spot on! I would highly recommend.

I found longscarpet.com while looking for smartstrand carpet. I drove there and made my purchase directly from them. The customer service was friendly and they shipped my carpet to me and I did not have to pay sales tax. I would recommend to friends.
