Had to repeatedly ask for my invoice. I ordered on 6/1 received my invoice on 6/25. 5 boxes of hard to find flooring were damaged at some point in transit. No help from shipping company, Kathy or Logan, whom never got back to me after assuring me they would. I did note on shipping docs but crooked shipper didn’t upload it in the system most likely uploaded the doc they signed before I got there. I also took pictures in the shipping yard as well as during my breaking down of the pallet of flooring to show the damaged. So here... read more
Ordered product. Paid a high shipping rate. Shipper was crude, insulting and told my wife to feed anti freeze to our dogs. Reported this to Long's. The owners focus was not addressing his customer. Bad experience. Worse owner. Beware. They will send complete creeps to your home for a high shipping rate. TO YOUR HOME.
