En el dept de joyeria hay una sra bajita no habla español. Parece India (de por esos lados del mundo). No se digno a ayudarnos para nada. Nos mando donde la manager de nombre Julia y fue como de la noche al dia. Nos atendio de mil maravillas y con un resultado excelente. Very poor customer service in their furniture department! I would love to return everything!
Went in and bought a couple of men's ware things. We were very disappointed with their merchandising however. They have an end unit with Tommy Bahama sweaters with a large sign $69. Seems it only applies to one self of the two self end unit. The bottom self sweaters all look like the top self merchandise and now where, as you can see from the pictures does it say they are the regular price. I walked into the women's restroom and the janitor rudely stated for me to get out the restroom is for women as if I wasn't a woman. Rather disturbing as I am a African American dominant women with locks. ������ #lesbian #discrimination #MACYS #ANGRYshopper
Two of the associates I have encountered that are supposed to be helpful in the Executive Office during my training on the third floor are VERY rude and unpleasant. I hope that this is not what I have to look forward to each day when I begin my new job with Macy's. I'm shocked !
Seriously the worst Macy's. Tried to return shoes, it took two managers. Then tried to return a dress and was told to go to 3 different registers, then they said the item (which I had in my hand) was already returned. Twenty minutes later was still waiting...cancelling all my Macy's accounts and never shopping here again. Macy's is the worst!
They just let anyone use your credit card...never been to this mall but my emailed receipts said I have ...perhaps their sale associates should know what a security code is
Card Services cashed my November check but never posted it to my account. Each time i call to follow up they tell me i'm missing something else and it will take another 7 -10 days - I have faxed them everything 3 times. After 35 years of shopping at Macys - I think its time to move on.
