On November 8th my Mother and I went to your Macys and purchased over 800 dollars worth of goods. We were served by Patricia. We were told the items would be shipped to us. We still have not received the goods. We have spent over 5000 dollars this year patronizing Macy's this year. However, I can't continue this relationship until this issue is resolved.
