I have been working with ****** ***** and she has been so helpful!! She came and measured my whole house for carpet and it turned out perfect. Also ordered tile for a new shower and flooring for a master bathroom. It looks beautiful!! So happy!!!

We received good service both from Bill in the store and from the installers. They installed LVP in our 2nd story that included bedrooms, bathroom and laundry in 1 1/2 days, professional service by everyone involved.
Bill at Millcreek Carpet and Tile went to significant lengths to obtain a small supply of a discontinued LVT flooring material for us. This allows us to add a basement bathroom that has flooring matching our family room. Although we have not been previous customers of Millcreek, he did not hesitate to research availability of the product and arrange for shipment. This level of customer service will definitely encourage us to use Millcreek in the future. Thank you Millcreek.
