I am not sure if I am the only person that gets terrible service from this company, but I have to say that I will NEVER buy from Millcreek Carpet and Tile again. I am working with the Grove store and it has been a nightmare. First, the hours are ridiculous, they are only open until 3PM each day, and only until 12 or Saturday, so if you work full time at all its almost impossible to get to the store. When I tried to add to the existing flooring installed earlier this year, the installers couldn't match up to the previous install. The vinyl flooring is cupping and warping. When I tried to get Milcreek to help, they wouldn't even come out. They said I was not the owner of the home at time of install which was earlier this year. I had purchased flooring from them to match... When I tried to return the call to the supervisor, his voice mail isn't set up. I will be replacing the entire flooring at my expense.

Since we'd had such a great experience before, we decided to go back to them for a larger carpet and tile job in our home. The tile installation began on a Monday. We got carpet and tile installed in our home in March 2020. Love the carpet and tile. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the installers. Took Over a week to get this job done. Had to keep going outside to get the carpet layer off his phone and get back to work. We paid in full before the job was even started. Our mistake! We had some material left over (not much) but asked to return it and get some of our money back. Our salesman agreed and said he would reimburse us. We are still waiting. I had the worst experience I have ever had with a service vendor with Millcreek. I ordered tile countertop, backsplash, and floor installed along with a small piece of carpet. The flooring went OK. However, the backsplash and countertop took over 4 months to complete. I was told that this would all take THREE days. The tiler got to the job and did not have the correct tile.
