I purchased flooring from Mill Creek Carpet & Tile. I had visited many different places looking for the "right flooring". Stefanie Axtell went above and beyond to to help me with this. The only reason I did not give them an excellent rating had nothing to do with Stefanie or Mill Creek. The trim pieces are not made by the same manufacturer of the hardwood floors and choices are limited. However, Stefanie made sure that we were able to get trim that complimented the flooring. We had to get new flooring due to flooding in our home. Choosing the right product, style, and design was more challenging than we expected. Kurtis and Becca were extremely patient with us during the selection process and educated us throughout. It took us months to decide on the product and design of our flooring. Kurtis recommended LVT, which we didn’t know a thing about, and we couldn’t be more happy with LVT. We have worked with Tom McCarver on many different projects including carpet, tile, and granite. We are actually in the process of scheduling another project! Tom works very hard to make each project run as seamlessly and efficiently as possible, always going above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. The crews have that same work ethic.
