We recently used Nadine for 2 houses to replace he hardwoods and carpet. The sales process was easy and we were so impressed with the crew. The quality of installation was pretty good and you couldn't find any gap between woods which usually happens in almost all the hardwood installation.
We have used Nadine's for 3 remodeling projects in the past 18 months. We have spent about $25,000 at Nadine's and can recommend them to others and will continue to use Nadine's in the future for any and all my fix-it or remodeling projects (Fireplace remodel, next on my list) Pros 1) Price: Visit them first for any insurance claim, remodel project or repair. Nadines Flooring Company made unauthorized charges of over 5K on my credit card without my approval. Did some work that was very sloppy and had to be redone. Workers were often very late or did not show up at all .
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would do so. It has now been 6 MONTHS since we contracted with Nadine to do our house to retile it and we are still waiting for them to complete it. They never show up when they say they will and we end up waiting and waiting and waiting. Their work is shoddy to say the least and they use left over materials...the quarter-rounds (that are supposed to be new) are the old ones, formerly used from the old ones!! At Nadine we try our best to take care of our customers. Management is currently working with Mr & Mrs ****** to address their concerns. An inspection was set up and we will make sure our customer is taken care of
I had an appointment to get a quote. The time of the appointment comes and they no show. Worse is they didn't call, text or email to say they would be late or no show. So I called them. The person I spoke to said my appointment was between 9 and 10 which it was not. I went along and said someone would have to be here by 10. They were not. Again no phone call, no text, no email.
We are enjoying the new upgrades in our kitchen,bathrooms, and wet bar area. We also liked the design suggestions/ideas from Nadine's designer, Rania, and her support during the installation stage. Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience overall with some of their installation crews,including team leaders, namely the tile installation crew that they had to replace totally with a new crew due to faulty installation and the crew not showing up to work on scheduled times. On 8/12/17 we went to Nadine's Floor Company to purchase 3 boxes of floor tile. The color they showed us in the showroom was NOT the color as the tile received. We never took the tiles out of the boxes or car. We spent $249.30 (however, this is not the point) Nadine's does not have a sign posted by their register or tell you that they do not do "returns".
