I have used them twice. Service was OKish, but nothing to write home about. I would recommend Great Floors in Meridian. They really wowed me and made me a loyal client.
Thought I'd support local business. I love the carpet but they didn't bother vacuuming or calling me and they damaged my entry ways to the bedrooms and hallway new paint job. Wish I could give more stars but unfortunately no follow up calls or anything. Oh well.
I've worked with Nampa Floors countless times when I worked for a home builder, and was typically happy with their service, but for my own home I was less than impressed. We had countertops replaced, and while the finished product does look beautiful - the experience itself was not good at all. Everything from the guy being 5 hours late, to sinks being installed shoddily to leaving a huge mess to clean up... We honestly just couldn't wait to be done with them.
I only wish there were an option that was less than one star!
I stopped by their State Street location and not one person said hello or asked if I needed help. I was the ONLY customer in the store. I will be taking my carpet and tile needs elsewhere.

Nampa Floors has some great employees. The sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful. I love shopping at Locally owned and family ran businesses.
