(Review of Nampa location, copied from my Yelp review) Shoddy product, worse service. The engineered hardwood that these folks installed in the home I bought was peeling finish within a year. We were told by home inspectors that the product wasn't of sufficient quality to sand down and refinish, and needed to be replaced. Nampa floors was informed of this in NOVEMBER OF 2017. I am going to start off by saying this is my experience with Nampa flooring. We had Des at the state street location meet me and realtor at the new house for measurements. We also brought a few samples to look at. I was looking at samples on the floor of house stating what I liked and didn't like about each color. I said I didn't like one because of the green tint, and between the others I chose one of the same color with out the green tint. She picked up all samples and we left thinking everything was fine. We chose Nampa Flooring due to their high ratings knowing we could have gotten the same material & labor for a cheaper price somewhere else. It started out great we walked into the Boise showroom the salesman did a great job showing us all the possible options and prices. Once we called back with our decision on which flooring we wanted the salesman was Jonny on the spot to measure our rooms we wanted done.
