Extremely pleased with the timely courteous service, quality of materials supplied and workmanship. Any issue or problem that has surfaced has been rectified at our convenience without confrontation or blame. As with any other successful installation company, lead time can be an issue when we're in a rush and they're labor force is maxed out, although they find ways to fit us in within a...

Excellent service. From selecting the carpet to install, the staff was friendly and honest. Actually ended up charging us less than the quote! Great experience.

I have been in the construction business since 1973 and have never had better service either in the store/showroom or out in the field during an installation. They always stand behind their products and are very well informed about them. Let the other guys have the fancy showrooms, I'd rather save the money any day.

National Carpet Outlet is a top of the line Flooring Company. Crew was on time, job was done when they said it was going to be done. Didn't have to clean up behind the floor installers, All around 5 star in my Book...
