I numerous concerns. The follow up was very poor. The sales representative were pretty nice but the follow through was a joke. Staff did not get back to me for weeks reg; the outcome of my order. Installation was prolonged and the staff gave me a run aound. The floor installed but lack some additional edging. Did not hear from the company until I contacted them and was told that it was not in....
