Wonderful Service! Purchase Order: CT29005 I had trouble getting a locally based company to come out, even had a few no-shows. National Floors Direct gave me responses immediately, and a rep came out in two days time! He was so friendly and knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and answered all of my questions. After getting quotes from different companies, we’re so glad we went with National Floors Direct. Everything was smooth from the salesman (Bill) to the carpet installer (Dwayne). We signed the contract the same day because it was cheaper to do so and they provided us with exactly what we wanted. Our carpet was installed 2 weeks later and we couldn’t have been more happy.
