The entire process from the initial consult to completion was an overall pleasant experience. The price was fair and the installers were professional. The final product looked amazing. The salesman gave us plenty of options to pick from and was able to find a product that matched our current hardwood floors in the rest of the house. From the very beginning initial phone call they were honest,professional,curtios,followed upon every step from purchase to completion. When the installation began the gentleman called before they came on schedule and cleaned up and walked me through each room for inspection and everything was perfect.

I had an overall great experience from beginning to end. I initially set up an appointment online. I received a call shortly after to receive confirmation of time and date. When the person came out to see where I needed carpet, he showed up on time and was very helpful. He brought carpet samples and was transparent about pricing and installation availability. I confirmed price and date of installation. Installers came out a week later and did an amazing job. I highly recommend. Thanks!
