We love our new floors! The installers were on time, responsible, and did a high quality install job. They also cleaned up afterwards. Eric, the sales rep who came to our house when we were selecting floors was very engaging and trustworthy and educated us on the various options. The cost was reasonable. I love my new floors from National Floors Direct. They did a very good job and left everything very clean. My house looks like $1000 bucks. We had been following National Floors Direct for a while, thanks to their commercials where the lady says you can get a room installed starting at $988. We had a huge stain on the carpet left behind by the previous owners and had planned to replace it eventually. NFD was professional and efficient from start to finish! Sales rep was informative, offered a variety of selections and no pressure to purchase. The install team was prompt, did a fabulous job and was cleaned up within 2 hours. Would highly recommend NFD!
