The entire experience went very well. Knowledgeable representative visited my home with samples. Installation went without a hitch. Pricing was good. Warranty is even better. All in all a great experience *********** will provide a gift card for my work here, but these are my genuine thoughts. It was a great experience.

National floors did a phenomenal job installing the flooring on the scheduled date. The installers had a game plan read to get the job done fast and look nice. I am constantly getting compliments on the flooring that we had done in our sunroom. Also it is good to know that this company lets you change a date if an event comes up and you need to reschedule. Happy I decided to use National Floors Direct. Professional and quick service. Like that they bring samples to your home. The installers were wonderful. They answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. Cleaned everything before they left and took all the garbage with them.Would definitely use this company again

They were easy to schedule and had weekend appointments. We needed the carpet quickly, and they were able to accommodate us. This was possibly the most pleasant experience Ive had with sales people and technicians. Our salesman was the best. He was very informative about every little thing and not pushy at all which basically made us go with this deal. We had empire come and it was horrible in comparison. The installers were also amazing. They were prompt, professional, neat and clean. He made sure I looked it over for any issues before they left. I would highly highly recommend your company to anyone
