Our experience with National Floors Direct was excellent from start to finish. The Salesman that visited our home to review options with us was knowledgeable and professional. He gave us viable options and shared his expertise. Once we made our decision there were detailed emails sent that helped us to properly prepare for the installations. I was very happy with the installation of my rug from National Floors Direct. The installers were timely and professional. The room had large heavy furniture in it, the installers efficiently moved the furniture. Other than the new carpet, you would never know they were there.

The entire experience went very well. Knowledgeable representative visited my home with samples. Installation went without a hitch. Pricing was good. Warranty is even better. All in all a great experience *********** will provide a gift card for my work here, but these are my genuine thoughts. It was a great experience.
