Everything was terrific! Timely response to my initial call: Salesman arriving the next day (Friday) with samples. Installation scheduled for the next ********* was beautifully done and the installer was amazing. Beautiful job. Perfect cleanup. I couldn't be more satisfied.

National Floors Direct did a great job installing wood floors in two of my bedrooms. The wood they used perfectly matched the wood in our hallway and living room. They also installed a very nice carpet in the master bedroom that is of very good quality and comfortable to walk on. They also installed new carpet on the stairs and it looks good. The gentleman who installed the floors did so in a professional manner and did the job in a timely way.

Our experience with National Floors Direct was excellent from start to finish. The Salesman that visited our home to review options with us was knowledgeable and professional. He gave us viable options and shared his expertise. Once we made our decision there were detailed emails sent that helped us to properly prepare for the installations. We had special circumstances that we needed to have two different days of installs and they easily accommodated our request. I was very happy with the installation of my rug from National Floors Direct. The installers were timely and professional. The room had large heavy furniture in it, the installers efficiently moved the furniture. Other than the new carpet, you would never know they were there.
