National Floors Direct was a great experience for my family. We called them, set up an appointment with the salesperson. After checking other companies in my area ahead of time, & seeing the beautiful samples the salesperson had with him we signed a contract for 2 full rooms, hallway & 13 stairsteps. The men showed up on said date & on time. They moved all our furniture, took old carpeting out, cleaned floors up & put new padding & carpeting in & secured it. I had an amazing experience with National Floors Direct. The Rep came out to my house with samples. He was a great guy, no pressure on us what so ever. We picked the floor and then picked a date for installation that was good for us. The installers were very thorough and detail oriented. They left my house in great condition and the floors look absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend this company to everyone and will definitely be using them in the future.
