Had carpet removed and flooring installed. Started off very bad-(1) Installers refused to move furniture; (2) subfloor was needed so there was a very expensive hidden fee for this; (3) installer was very persistent in getting balance of money which I refused to release to them (although I had it in a certified check). However, after getting past this bad ordeal, things were worked out between NFD, the installer and myself and the job proceeded.
