These people are very dishonest and argumentative,they said one thing and do the other thing. Never pay these thieves in advance.
Very disappointing. Poor installation, damage to my home, and promises by the salesperson the company could not live up to. They had to come back to fix multiple issues. The seams of the carpet are very visible and look terrible despite the salesperson assuring us they would not be visible. The workers destroyed our air vent covers and admitted to it. Do not use this company! The quality of work is not good. You get what you pay for!! The job was not done right. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a process! Just horrible!!
For brief recap, I had a free in home estimate on 12/16 and put down a deposit which I was told is 100%refundable. My wife decided she wasn’t crazy about the rugs and wanted to cancel. When I called to certify the instructions I was directed to Franklin who was very nice and said he would discount the rugs by $500 if we decided to stay with your company. I would NOT RECOMMEND going with National Floors Direct. They are crooks and do not do the job they say. I paid $3016 to have my ceramic tile floor ripped up and taken away then a floor put down . They said the slab floor was not up to code and wanted another $1200 to do the rip up, I declined , they then said to glue down the floor over the existing one would cost the same price and it does not. Let me start by saying, if I could give this company zero I would!! They came to our home, installed floors in the kitchen and left gouge marks when putting the fridge back in place. They also damaged light fixtures, put gouges in dresser, molding, and tables. I definitely didn't expect them to toss around furniture like they couldn't care less about it. This was a great experience until the installers damaged the molding on my floor so that it separated from the wall all around the room. In almost forty years of home ownership this has never happened before--until I contracted with National Floors Direct. I understand mistakes are made. What I don't understand is their refusal to make it right. No wonder they took my money first.
