Wonderful customer service and installation. Eddie was really easy to work with and the installers did a fantastic job removing the old flooring, installing the new floors, moving furniture, and cleaning up. Highly recommend Parran's Flooring!

I just purchased two area rugs from Parran’s. They’re absolutely beautiful. On one of them though I did not allow room for the door to shut when I measured the floor. I contacted them and within a couple of days they were out with a portable binder, and they cut the rug and made it fit the room without me having to take it back to the store even though it was my error. The customer service provided by Trudy, the Sales Representative, was amazing from beginning to end. She went out of her way to find the perfect carpet for me in the right color and price. Smitty the gentleman who came to my house to cut and bind the new-cut rug was amazing too. He was so nice and professional and would not accept a tip from me. I gave him one, but when he left, I found it sitting on the counter! I would highly recommend Parran’s to anyone needing any kind of flooring done. Thanks for your help and the great customer service!
