RecommendedI just purchased two area rugs from Parran’s. They’re absolutely beautiful. On one of them though I did not allow room for the door to shut when I measured the floor. I contacted them and within a couple of days they were out with a portable binder, and they cut the rug and made it fit the room without me having to take it back to the store even though it was my error. The customer service provided by Trudy, the Sales Representative, was amazing from beginning to end. She went out of her way to find the perfect carpet for me... read more
