Top notch service and professionalism! Highly recommended!
Owner of Parran came by condo for floating hard woods that were buckling and buying. He said the floor was installed on a non level floor. It would have to be leveled out. He said he was too busy to fix it right now. Gave me his card. He has yet to return a call or stopping by the store. This has been several years. I am not going away. Fix the improperly installed hard floors at return calls.
