Well, we are extremely pleased! The average reader of their reviews may find it boring reading. We are continuing on with high praise! No complaints! Fantastic father and son, with many years of experience. Very refreshing in this age of huge companies. We were first really sold by Debbie when we visited show room. Very engaging, knowledgeable, and honest. We like that the guy who comes to measure also does the gig. Then Joe & son are like a well oiled machine. You can see excellent craftmanship and pride in their work.

We had wall to wall carpeting in our LR, DR, MBR and Hallway replaced with hardwood floors. We had read reviews of Personal Touch Flooring and had gotten estimates from a couple of venders. Personal Touch's estimate was not only competitive but the real personal touch provided by the owners, Joe and Joe Jr, themselves installing the floor was a winner. We had wall-to-wall carpeting installed in our family room and guest room. Joe, Sr. and Joe Jr. did a wonderful job! The price was competitive with the local "big stores" but we got MUCH better service. Joe was MUCH more experienced and more knowledgable than those others. I highly recommend Personal Touch flooring!
Joe and his son did a beautiful job installing new carpet upstairs and restretching our living room carpet, which now looks like new! They even fixed the squeaks and flaws in the subfloor before installing the new carpet. A beautiful job! They are very hard working, skilled craftsmen. Definitely recommend.

Joe and his son installed new kitchen flooring in my home. They had to cut out tile before installing the flooring. Quite a mess, but they did a great job overall! Many thanks!
What a lovely family- they were with us from start to finish. We had hardwood installed in our family room and bedroom along with carpet replaced on our basement stairs- all in one day! Joe and Joe Jr. are professional and have an incredible work ethic- don't know how they do it! We are very happy with the results- it's beautiful!
