Joe & Joe Jr. arrived on time to remove carpet & carpet 5 rooms. They were hard working, courteous, friendly, meticulous, moving heavy furniture and my piano with great care. Joe even helped my husband tighten a pipe under the sink! Saved us a costly repair! They put in our kitchen floor last year too! Great work! I would highly recommend them!

There is such an advantage to working with Personal Touch over any of the chains. They did a great job, in much less time than planned. Personal Touch! Magic Touch! Joe and Joe Jr. are consummate professionals. They transformed a 275 year old sagging uneven floor into a beautiful durable kitchen and family room surface. Their price was completely fair, they arrived on time, moved and protected furniture and appliances, finished on time, every detail was perfect. They are real craftsmen.
My husband and I are very pleased with our new hardwood floors. Looks fabulous and have gotten many compliments. Joe and Joe, Jr. did a great job!! There is a lot to be said about a family owned business.Jo, Debbie, and Joe Jr. All were both friendly, polite and professional. I shopped around at other businesses and initally the prices were good until they started throwing in costs to remove existing carpet and molding, moving furniture, ect. Joe quoted the price and that was it. I am extremely happy, they put everything back in place and left everything clean . And I have to say, they were excellent with my dog Marley. I will definetly use them in the future.
