Mario is by far one of the most honest professional's I have ever met! He services both of our multi site properties and his team never disappoints. The entire team is just superb! Mario and PG Long crew are amazing! Mario always takes care of our flooring needs and will bend over backwards to help fit us in if at all possible. The install crew is amazing as well...Good work all around. I begged Brent for years to bring PG Long to Southern Oregon. Every time we talked he promised it was in the works but he need to find the right guy to run the business. We just switched to PG Long for flooring in the last 5 months. So far we are very impressed with the quality of work. Josh is very prompt about getting out to the property to take measurements and Jesslin always gets us the estimates within a 12 to 24 hour period. Josh with PG Long is always super helpful. He and Office Manager, Jesslin, are always extremely prompt in getting us bids when needed. Their scheduling is always sooner than I expect it may be (which is great!), and the jobs are always done quickly and beautifully.
