We had been struggling to find an outdoor carpet solution for our vacation cabin (the previous owner had installed awful green turf—ew). We finally turned to PJ Long, and Brent went out of his way to help. Although we told Brent we were on a tight budget, he went above and beyond for us. PG Long was the flooring contractor that we used for a 6 story multi family building in Bend. There service and quality was exceptional!! They where great with meeting demanding schedules and bringing the project in on time. Not only are they a subcontractor we use professionally, they are also the contractor that I used on my personal home when needed flooring. Top notch :)

Great place! We had our carpets cleaned by them and they got all the stain and marks out of the carpet and they never came back! High quality cleaning for a good price! Would highly recommend them.

Hi I’m writing this review from the excellent service we have received multiple times. We had new carpet installed in our house and have had our carpets cleaned several times. There customer service we received from Emma Briggs in buying the carpet was excellent she was very prompt on getting back to us with a quote and getting us appts.
