We had carpet layed in our last house in 2002 from R&R and we were really pleased with the carpet and the service. Now in our new home we need new carpet and we chose R&R to get a bid and measurement, along with two competitors. R&R came in way under the other two as far as price, for the same carpet, pad etc.. We worked with Patty and she went above and beyond to help us out! The customer service is tip top! They work hard to please the customer and to get you the best deal! I would always choose them as my carpet company.
We had a great experience with RnR Carpet. We built a new home and used them throughout. Their selection and design consultation service were fantastic. We had some lead time challenges on the tile we chose, and the RnR staff monitored the situation with the tile company, expedited and made our deadline. Our experience with RnR was that they were very focused on customer satisfaction.
RNR Carpet Center is amazing... They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They showed me a flooring that I would have never thought about...it was a great price, the installers did a great professional installation and it looks So Beautiful, throughout my home, I absolutely Love it! I would recommend RNR Carpet Center to all my friends.
