They are very helpful and good prices.
My husband and I went in to RNR and picked out carpet nearly two months ago. We waited 2 weeks for someone to come and measure the room so we called and asked when they were coming, the employee told us they would remind their worker to come out. No one has followed up. NO calls or measurements in two months!!! We called Wall2Wall Carpet who came that same day and installed the next week. At least someone knows how to treat customers.
Awful! Have had my carpet for three years and is bubbling everywhere . Contacted company who got me in touch with the installer just to be told " sorry you have a weird hallway" and you will need to pay to have it stretched . I have pictures to prove . Horrible customer service don't recommend.
I have wood flooring that was installed wrong and RNR WILL NOT STAND BEHIND Product.I have left many messages and have never received a call back...would never use again. This is the second time they messed up an installation and never follow up.
DO NOT TRUST RNR OR "BRY THE TILE GUY" I had RNR instal some carpet in my home and everything went fine. So when I had a shower that needed to be re-done, I figured I would use them again. Except, this time, it did not turn out fine. First, the floor tile ended up with several lumps and waves. Second, the grout was starting to chip and fallout not more than a day after installation.
