Gary Buser was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted, made good suggestions, came to our house to see what would work for us, and was adaptable and flexible. I didn't feel pressured by him which I appreciated. Our installer, Tony Teel, was excellent. He was on time, explained things to us, worked hard and did a professional job that we are very pleased with. He was also very good at cleaning up when he left. That was an unexpected and added plus.

Bought some hardwood flooring for my upper level from Randy’s in Cedar Rapids. Ryan Homan was very helpful and had an answer for all of my questions. Didn’t seem as he was trying to just sell me flooring but seemed more like he was helping me buy flooring. Thanks again for great service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for my next project.

The Randy's team we worked with was outstanding. Mike Cashman did a fantastic job of putting together our order and installation schedule. Jason did a terrific job installing vinyl plank in my workshop, 3/4" oak in all the living areas, and plush carpet in the master bedroom. The condo looks terrific.

The Cedar Rapids showroom has an impressive selection of flooring. Lots of beautiful options within my budget!
From the time we found our carpet in the store to the time they came and installed it. Shane and the crew did an awesome job installing the carpet in a fast pace.
