They gave me one bid when I purchased my carpet then a different one after installation. They should know their pricing before they give a bid or what is the point if they are just going to add on later.
Two years ago I bought carpet for my living room at Randy's. I was told it COULDN'T/WOULDN'T stain.....so just yesterday I had my first big spill....red fruit punch on beige carpet !!!!! Geez, I freaked! I ran and got paper towels, and just gently kept laying paper towels on top of the spill until it was all soaked up....no blotting, no rubbing, no carpet cleaner...just soaked it up and away with paper towels. I was travelling home from Iowa city today and had experienced some road rage from a white Ford van scott county plates with your business name all over it you might want to discuss this issue with your installer that was driving this vehicle if he's representing your company
Had to come out 4 times to put my wood laminate back together before finally replacing it only to use the wrong color that does not match the rest of my house. Then they tell me they aren't going to do anything about it....thanks
