We could not be happier with the service, quick problem resolution, expertise and speed of delivery and installation staff and process, and their commitment to our satisfaction. We are older. Paying a significant amount for furniture and relying on a warranty, you'd expect to be taken care of. Unfortunately, R C ***** has the worst customer care I've experienced. I've been treated unfairly and regret purchasing my couch from them. I'll be sure to warn others not to use their business. It's clear they don't value your hard-earned money.
