R C Willey purchase was perfect. However the installation service was slow and had to wait longer the day of installation. Installers never called. I called their office and was told they had to change the window of when they would arrive, which was 3.5 hrs later because they ran behind.. My day was ruined.

My oven showed up in great shape. Neat following when delivery was getting close. Our Sales person ***** touched bases with us to make sure all was good.

I ordered two ******* refrigerator water filters, that was quick and easy. I chose the delivery option, and the the filters were delivered as promised at 8:15am two days later. Everything went flawlessly.

I have been doing business with R.C. Willey for twenty years. Although we haven't bought much in recent years, we always compare others to R.C. Willey. Recently, we have purchased a refrigerator, which we had wanted for a while. We have also contracted for carpet and flooring, to be install in coming weeks. These were at the *************** store. I usually do not order anything unless I see it first. To my surprise I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I couldn't believe how helpful the staff was with my calls and the delivery was right on time. I love my new sofa and chair. My refrigerator compressor died and I had to buy a new one so I went to RC Willey and spoke to salesman, *************************** who was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.He guided us to a refrigerator that perfectly fits our needs.
