I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my new washer and dryer. The salesman started the conversation with a few questions to match my needs with the potential unit. Then explained how to use the machines and some maintenance tips. It seemed as though he was selling his own washer.

RC WILLEY'S gets a 5 star rating from me. I was well taken care of at the store. My delivery guys were great! My cabinet is beautiful! A minor repair was needed and they were quick to send repair staff out. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was done right away and to my satisfaction. All in all I would highly recommend RC Willey's to anyone interested in nice furniture and great service.

Craig was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure I got all of my appliances on time with the delivery date I wanted. Considering the shortage in appliances, he did a great job. Very good experience!!
