My 1st time visiting the store and I was very impressed by the layout You could see a large variety of HomeGoods as well as the service I received from the person that assisted. I was there for a stove and refrigerator, he was patient and he was familiar with the products. I was able to take my time and found the perfect stove and fridge.

The entire staff has been wonderful. My Salesman Michael has been outstanding. He understood my needs, taste and timely issues. The store is laid out nicely and offers a great variety of style and price. I have been to other furniture stores in the area, but the customer service at RC Willies puts them all to shame

Rc Willey needs to make more frequent stops to Plumas Lake, CA and put the customer delivery needs first. This will probably be my last purchase with them. Having to wait 20 days for delivery is ridiculous. Hire more drivers or buy more delivery trucks. I could have bought from O******** or W*****r and received a furniture purchase a lot sooner. Also the sales price should have been better considering that I have been buying from RC Willey for over 10 years.
