Rc Willey needs to make more frequent stops to Plumas Lake, CA and put the customer delivery needs first. This will probably be my last purchase with them. Having to wait 20 days for delivery is ridiculous. Hire more drivers or buy more delivery trucks. I could have bought from O******** or W*****r and received a furniture purchase a lot sooner. Also the sales price should have been better considering that I have been buying from RC Willey for over 10 years.

It was so good to have a sales person that knew the product and helped me figure out what I wanted. Leland Anderson was the sales person. I was shopping for wireless earbuds, and I knew nothing about them. He asked the right questions and fixed me up with what I wanted. It was kind of the exact opposite experience of going into Lowes or Home Depot and trying to get answers and information. Very good shopping experience.
