They really have the worst service. I’ve bought a fridge that came in dented then had to wait 3-4months for a replacement. That fridge cost me over 4K. Then I bought a sectional that came in with a faulty piece that was replace 3 times plus a visit from a device technician! I finally called them and told them that it should be replace for a completely different sectional as the current one kept breaking and was not comfortable. RC Willey customer service is head and shoulders above the rest. In all the years we have bought from them, anytime we had a problem or were disappointed in what we purchased, they resolved it to our satisfaction, sometimes even at a level high than our expectations.
