Sales people are very helpful and accommodating. Return policy and financing options are excellent. Sofas, loveseats and recliners are garbage. Most are made in China or other foreign countries. Returned three family room sets because of terrible workmanship or extremely uncomfortable. Finally gave up.

Great service after the sale. It is great to be able to call the store and have them handle all of the arrangements for warranty without having to deal directly with the manufacturer. Our experience was excellent, from the sales person to the service department.

Great service snd coverage for my regular sales person out on medical leave. They surely watch out for one another and are not grubbing for all the he commission they can get.

They obviously know their business, it’s looks like they have it wired. They have everything you need for inside your house and it appears to be all pretty high quality products, no Walmart/Target Junk in their stores. It’s not all high end either you pick your quality and price point, but even the lower price range products looked good to me.
