Each furniture item I have purchased from RCWilley has been delivered either damaged or defective. Of course they offer a 10 percent discount each for the inconvenience. RCWilley should sell QUALITY furniture from the start and this won't happen. Hopefully, I will have better luck with my recent electronics purchase. However, it is concerning because it does make me wonder if I should buy the electronics extended warranty. Even though I know extended warranties are usually not worth it.
They delivered 5 times to our house all damaged items. Junk quality and they don’t care. Don’t waist your money at RC Willey!!!
Continually changed delivery times and dated without notifying us as to theses changes. Given we were moving into a new home we had a number of scheduled events which had to be closely timed to accommodate movers, internet, appliance installation, painters, DTV, electrical s, new furniture, ad infinitum.
