I have been going to RC Willys store since we moved to the area 10 years ago, and we pretty much decorated our house from their awesome store. More recently my appliances are beginning to need replacement, so I went back for a new dishwasher and was greeted, as always, by friendly sales crew. Diane K. was the perfect sale lady. She answered all my many questions and I left happy with my purchase and the way I was treated.

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the dishwashers (Kitchen Aid) that were available. He advised us about the extended warranty that was available for a reasonable price. He was able to arrange for us to get the new dishwasher in a reasonable amount of time, even though we live 100 miles from the store. Would definitely recommend the store for kitchen appliance purchases.

Tyrel H. was kind, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs from the moment we got there. He listened to every detail of what we were looking for and explained the features of the adjustable bed he thought we may want to start looking at. Shopping for compact/stacking washer and dryer, we were pleased to have a sales person who was well informed about the products. Despite the limited options for our particular needs, he was able to recommend the Electrolux compact models. We are waiting delivery but anticipate the product will fit our needs.
