Wonderful experience. With pandemic, shopped their online site then called store and in a few short minutes had made the purchase. Dishwasher being delivered today, just two days after purchase.

Purchased a large TV and the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and courteous....not at all pushy as has been the case previously when shopping at RC Willey. He answered all our questions concerning the differences between brands, models (I.E. Samsung QLED and LG and Sony OLED), and sizes. We were there about 45 minutes then told him we wanted to go home and check reviews on the TV's we were considering. I have been buying from RC Willey since 1978. My kids and grandkids buy from RC's. We feel the selection is GREAT and the prices are fair. Our salespeople have ALWAYS been knowledgeable, friendly, and try to look up any additional discounts; e.g. we bought a fridge last July so the bed we got in January came with free delivery, setup and haul away the old one. R.C. stands for Rufus Call, names of two of his grandparents.
