The sales associate (Vic VD - #*****) was very knowledgeable and helpful! The purchasing process was great as well. My only concern is the fact that it will take about 1-week to deliver my new furniture. I only live 15 minutes “at most” away from both the ROCKLIN store it self and/or their delivery warehouse, which is also located in ROCKLIN. I think that 48 hours would have been more reasonable. ******* **

Steve was a great sales person. I caught his attention as he attempted to traverse through the store and after informing him what we were looking for, he immediately showed us what we asked for. We then purchased the item and get also informed us that is we needed any other furniture birthday appliances, he'd be happy to assist us whenever we were back at RC Willey. Great customer service from Steve. We'd recommend RC Willey to all our friends.
I purchased a Serra Perfect Sleeper Super Pillow Top King Mattress on Memorial Day from R C Willey, Boise, ID from Sales Associate, Ryan B*****. My experience was great! Ryan B***** is exceptional in his knowledge of the products, expertise in handling the sales transaction, and accomplishing both his job and my purchase in a timely, pleasant experience.
Stellar service and information on my tv purchase. They respected my price point range and discussed options and things necessary to my purchase.
Lee did a great job of explaining the dishwashers features without being to pushy.
I always go to RC Willey for most everything. Knowledgeable sales personnel, reasonable prices, clean environment, courteous and helpful treatment from the employees. On our last visit we purchased carpet and a new mattress. Both sales representatives were fantastic. We were so appreciative and had a great experience!!!!!
