Great customer service and selection
Large inventory, good credit plan and helpful sales associates. Certainly not a high end furniture store, but the quality and price points are reasonable and affordable.

The staff there is very pleasant, informative and helpful.
I was greeted at the door with a kind smile & "How can I help you?" I told him what I needed to get & he immediately got Francis to help me. When I had chosen my sofa, Francis walked me to customer service,introduced me to Anna so I could pay. She was friendly, cheerful, engaged in conversation with me...I felt as tho I was speaking with a friend. She answered all my ?'s with such a kind attitude. Very rare in this time of "I can't be bothered attitude from so many places.
Always find what I’m looking for! The staff are exceptional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If there’s ever a problem (not often) it’s addressed in a timely manner and resolved. It’s my go-to store.
This was our first time at RC Wiley.We were greeted by Mark the sales person. He was kind and made us feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable about the merchandise and helped us make the right decision in choosing our living room set. We highly recommend RC Wiley for your home needs.
