I’ve been buying from RC Willey for 16 years great store, no pressure and knowledge sales staff. Any time I’ve had a problem they have responded to my satisfaction with in a timely matter. I recommend this store to all my friends. 5 stars ?

We went in looking for a king bed and mattress and we found exactly what we were looking for! It happen to be in the clearance section and our salesman also gave us an additional discount. He was very helpful and kind! Will definitely be shopping there again very soon!
When I need anything for the home, I always go to RC Willey. This time it was furniture and DAVID was my man. I have dealt with him previously and again he was excellent. It is always a pleasure to shop at RC Willey as they have a great selection of merchandise and the sales associates are experienced and friendly.
Store has fantastic employees that are custmer oriented. Friendly, helpful not pushy. Great store to shop at for anything you need.????????
Purchased a "made for RC Willey by Serta" mattress from RC Willey, ************ **********, ** on January 10, 2023, which had a ten-year warrantee. Within 6 months the mattress began to sag and have impressions where we slept and was getting more noticeably uncomfortable. Contacted customer service at ********************** via email on August 21, 2023, was sent a "claim packet" to fill out as home inspections where no longer being done. Bought a couch set with a warranty in December of 2022. Couch broke in February. They set a tech out in April and said they need to take it to the shop to fix. Today is September 6th 2023 they finally picked up my couch for repair after 7 months of it being broken. Now they said they will not be working on it for a week. Poor customer service and will not ever purchase any other items form this store. I will also tell everyone I know not to do business with them! ZERO STARS YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! BUT IT MADE ME PUT 1!
Super dishonest company and personnel. Sales person, *********************** (#*****), assured us that for a special order you could put 20% on a non RC Willey card and then once the order is delivered, the whole amount could be placed on the RC Willey card. Turns out he lied to get the commission and the store manager, ****, has confirmed that it doesn't matter what the salesperson tells a customer, as they will not honor it.
