I purchased a Aireloom Mattess 8 months ago.The Mattess is not holding up, dips and in the middle. I call RC Willey and they said they can't do nothing about it. I call Aireloom product warranty they told me i have to go though RC Willey. I purchased a dinning set January 19 2019 and i had company over and my friend was sitting on one of the chair and subsequenly the chair broke. He was holding a four month old baby and thank God nothing happend to the baby. Unfortunately he did suffer an injury. He hit the back of hes head.... read more

I picked a One Star when in fact RC Willey gets ZERO Stars! Their sales people talk you into purchasing their Warranty all the while either lying or not knowing the stores policy. They are just looking for that sale. We purchased matching leather sofa, loveseat and recliner from RC Willey and the sales lady talked us into purchasing the warranty stating it even covers damages from pets. We were like, really? Because we do allow our dogs on the furniture and because we do, we wanted non-material as leather cleans much easier.... read more

The appliances i bought were delivered partially. The wall oven was not available on the delivery day. I waited a week so i called customer service & told me that the product is already in Henderson warehouse. So why didn’t deliver it unless I called the customer service dept.. They scheduled the delivery the next day & the oven didn’t fit is so i have to pay extra to move the gas wiring in order for the oven to fit well.

There were no issues with sales person. I gave one star due the fact our chair was a custom order and took close to 7 weeks to get. When delivered it had a yellow stain. So we had to reorder another chair and had to wait another several eeeks. When delivered guys were in a hurry, the chair was not covered in plastic, it had a dirty moving blanket on top. I also noticed the guys wore dirty gloves when bringing in the chair. So we paid for a dirty chair and they did not have the pillow that came with the chair. Very disappoint... read more

If you have kids, please read. RC Willey's furniture is cheap, which is kind of standard these days. The problem is it's so cheap, the dressers don't contain enough real wood to be secured to the wall. We bought a chest of drawers for our son's room and tried to mount it to the wall with the included mounting kit. It won't hold. A tech came out, and stated the dresser cannot be attached to the wall without making modifications. I have bought many things from rc willeys for many years but this had to be the worst experience I have ever had the appliance manager Bryce was extremely disrespectful and very belittling towards me I have never experienced anything like it At the sidewalk sale the point to me was to sell the clearance items I wanted a washer dryer and a fridge along with bunk beds for my kids The way Bryce spoke to saying things like you can’t have one washer LG and 1 Samsung we r trying to keep the same products together also I wanted a d... read more

We were very disappointed in the installation and sales coordination. We bought carpets for 2 bedrooms and an area rug for the living room. We needed furniture moved and told them we had stairs that needed a tarp to protect the carpet. Installation never called us. We were told there would be a crew to move the furniture. Instead 1 person showed up. No tarp or booties used. (We would like our stairs carpet professionally cleaned by RC Willey). The installer did both bedrooms but did not have the area carpet. I purchased 4 individual Theater Chairs. They had several styles and materials to choose from, however didn’t have all the features I was looking for. To get to the point, 2 chairs out of the four were received without any issues. The first chair I inspected was missing the rubber cushion cup holder pad on the right arm, also the screws that secured the cup holder were partially screwed in. They are friendly yes and prices I bought is too much after I found out other places for half the cost. Oh well. But they do have cool furniture stuff and prices are about right.
