I was mostly satisfied except the day after I ordered the microwave and trim kit there was a sale on. RC Willy would pay the sales tax. I emailed my salesman and did not hear back from him after two days so I’ve pretty much given up on trying to get the deal.

I hate their cashiers. I don’t like their systems. You should be able to buy something without having to type a 1900 word essay in the computer. I hate to willy

Such a unpleasant experience. First I walked in because there was a door buster sale, and nobody greeted me, or from what I now know handed me a Door Buster card when she was handing them out to everyone else. I continued on through the store to the mattresses, and found the mattress that was advertised, and when I went to talk to someone they told me that I couldn't purchase it because I didn't have a card, and to go back downstairs to grab one. The salesman left me under the impression or just assumed the mid reading course is finally paying off for me that the items I’ve PAID for was “in stock” and I could come by any time and pick them up myself if I decided not to wait the 12+ days it takes to deliver. I wasn’t informed once that my items are in the warehouse in slc while I stand at the Orem location. Are we the customer supposed to just know that it’s in another city an hour away? Wow, never again R.C. Willey....

RC Delivery was late. I was given 12:30 - 2:30 window. They arrived at 4 pm. I’m at a property that’s empty. Their sub contractor A-1 arrived within their window. Range & Dishwasher from same store, 2 deliveries.

Staff is very unprofessional. I was told multiple times I would recieve a call from the head of the electronics department about my warranty. Then they told me I would have my computer back in 1 week tops. Then told me after 2 weeks that their tech guy hasnt even looked at it. Managers were no help.

Electronic sales people were absolutely terrible. They knew nothing about the headphones on the floor, and literally couldn’t answer ANY of our questions. The lady that sold us our table was pushy and overbearing. The young man who sold us our microwave was indifferent. We only go to RC Wiley for the products and prices. As in most of Reno nowadays, their employees are entirely too californicated in their behavior.

Our shopping experiance with RC Willey was fantastic. Very knowledgeable sales staff. Purchasing was also very easy. Delivery was a nightmare. So bad that we'll never buy from RC Willey again. They texted an 8am-10am delivery window. I had a 1:00pm appointment so we were all set. At 8am I emptied our fridge and freezer so that we'd be ready for delivery. A few months ago, I financed a refrigerator with RC Willey and was a month late on a $50 payment, a mistake I am willing to admit to. The next month, I paid off the remaining balance of over $1300. Despite this, I found out when trying to finance a $300 Xbox One that RC Willey suspended my card for six months, and will run another credit check after that period to reinstate it, which would further lower my credit score on top of their filing a late payment.
