RC WILLEY'S gets a 5 star rating from me. I was well taken care of at the store. My delivery guys were great! My cabinet is beautiful! A minor repair was needed and they were quick to send repair staff out. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was done right away and to my satisfaction. All in all I would highly recommend RC Willey's to anyone interested in nice furniture and great service.

Craig was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure I got all of my appliances on time with the delivery date I wanted. Considering the shortage in appliances, he did a great job. Very good experience!!

I walked into the Reno Nevada store and was greeted by a friendly customer service greeter and was helped buy a salesman by the name of Craig R******** he was very helpful and patient with me as I kept changing my mind everybody I encountered was very nice and helpful I would highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs. It is a challenging time to replace major household appliances. Last year when buying a freezer and facing similar challenges, R.C. Willey was the only vender to provide a likely timeline and the beat it. Similarly this time for a dishwasher, they were the only one of three large venders I checked with that would provide any timeframe to hope for delivery.

My 1st time visiting the store and I was very impressed by the layout You could see a large variety of HomeGoods as well as the service I received from the person that assisted. I was there for a stove and refrigerator, he was patient and he was familiar with the products. I was able to take my time and found the perfect stove and fridge.
