I’ll upgrade RC Willy because the manager actually called me to find out what the problem was. I appreciate them reading the reviews and reaching out to me to resolve the issue. I understand that shipping and manufacturing are slow compared to demand. My problem was I did not get everything I ordered but I resolved it with the manager and the employee who originally put the order in for me and for that I am grateful.

Excellent customer service by Brydon P*****. As we needed a dishwasher quickly, he checked to determine what was available and found what we could use. Meeting at the store, he gave a good rundown on what we could have. Made a purchase and wrapped up the paperwork and we were on our way.

I selected a freezer over the internet, and purchased over the phone because the site was having trouble processing my ccard. Alphonse the salesman was a pleasure to deal with and the payment center had a contingency plan to hold my item while I fixed the problem with the ccard company. The delivery is scheduled for five days out, compared to the 1-2 months for a similar item carried at our local big box stores. Over all a smooth and pleasant transaction and I can’t wait to get our new freezer!

I had an issue with the dishwasher I purchased. RC Wiley made it right. Would go back there for anything I need for my home.

The sales people are very knowledgeable on their appliances. They are friendly and no pressure to buy. RC WILLEY has good prices and have different sales all the time. The store is clean and you can buy so many things there. My whole house is almost all of RC WILLEY.

I went into RC Willey looking for a special kind of refrigerator and Alfredo G**** was very helpful and patience working with me to find what I needed. He showed me all the refrigerators in the store including looking up into the internet. He ultimately found the type of refrigerator i wanted and he ordered it for me. I like to thank him for his services and perseverance in locating the refrigerator for me. Great job.
