Was very helpful and informative. Asked questions to make sure we were getting what we really wanted. Looked for samples of materials so we could see how furniture would look together. Didn’t try to force warranties on us just gave options.

Wonderful experience. With pandemic, shopped their online site then called store and in a few short minutes had made the purchase. Dishwasher being delivered today, just two days after purchase.

Purchased a large TV and the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and courteous....not at all pushy as has been the case previously when shopping at RC Willey. He answered all our questions concerning the differences between brands, models (I.E. Samsung QLED and LG and Sony OLED), and sizes. We were there about 45 minutes then told him we wanted to go home and check reviews on the TV's we were considering.
