They really have the worst service. I’ve bought a fridge that came in dented then had to wait 3-4months for a replacement. That fridge cost me over 4K. Then I bought a sectional that came in with a faulty piece that was replace 3 times plus a visit from a device technician! I finally called them and told them that it should be replace for a completely different sectional as the current one kept breaking and was not comfortable.
