1 out of the 3 cashiers I dealt with was actually super friendly and the other two didn’t even smile. Almost like they didn’t want to be there. Took 20 minutes to even talk to a salesperson about purchasing a mattress only to find out I had to wait 10 days to have one shipped in from California

We had an issue with a mattress purchased 8 years ago that came with a 10-year warranty. RC Willey was quick to send out an evaluator and get back to us with a response. We went to the store and worked with Justin P******, who wears very knowledgeable about the products. We selected a new mattress and it will be delivered next week. We were very happy all around with the customer service and help to resolve the issue. My back is looking forward to a better night’s rest!
