I just had a positive experience with RC Willey. When I visited the store, their salesman, Daniel, recognized me from a phone conversation we had had a few days previously. He was courteous, knowledgeable and was not at all upset that I cancelled the majority of my order in favor of doing it myself.

I frequently shop here for furniture, appliances, outdoor furniture. I have always been happy with them and the service. I had a problem with my bar stools, they were out here and fixed them. Very happy customer.

Loved the last experience we went after 2 things, a traeger smoker and a dish washer. They met us at the door I picked out the smoker they called another associate that helped with the dishwasher. We purchased in and out in under 40 minutes. Everyone was very nice and followed cdc rules. I would highly recommend
