Good overall. I went last night and they stopped carrying the brand of office furniture I purchased from them just 2 years ago. I was bummed out as I wanted to get the lateral file cabinet and now I have to try and find it elsewhere.

Our Salesperson was tactful, patient & informative, She listened to our concerns & worked with us on trying to find something within our price range and size. Our intention was to purchase an LG but the models available were too large in capacity for just just my husband & I. Settled on a white 68” height Whirlpool ‘, side by side’. We were able to get this unit in white at a lower price that the stainless which was a bit of a surprise since at Loews, there was a $300 up-charge for white and a month delay for delivery. My very first experience with RCWilley was excellent, I told to Mike for a laundry machine, the dryer and a refrigerator, I think I have never gotten a better customer service experience. This second time I bought a sofa, it was pretty good too. I really appreciate the people that helped me choose which one I wanted.

We started at RC Willey on our journey to finding a new TV. After RC Willey we went to several competitors. Once we felt like we were better informed about what we wanted, we went back to RC Willey one more time. We found their prices were very comparable with the competition. The sales staff was very friendly and informative and the sales person we worked with actually saved us some money. We were also very happy with the friendly attitude displayed by the finance person at the finance desk. Thank you, RC Willey.

If you want unbeatable customer service, this is the place! I’ve been in the need of furniture for the last 8 months due to unforeseen circumstances. I am always greeted very friendly I am never pressured they have gone out of their way to find what I need I’ve gotten on the computer to see if it’s anywhere in any store!
