I built myself up thinking ..."here we go a warranty issue on a mattress" which turned out to be beyond a Five Star Experience. Victor D. was just down right Excellent. Never a negative tone or word. Great customer service and fast delivery! Was able to place my order in store for a couch they had on site, and got it delivered by 10am the next day. The supervisor, Gabe, was professional and handled everything with ease. The delivery guys were prompt and helpful with placement. Will definitely be returning!
