Loved all of the furniture. Purchased two lamps and tried to purchase an sofa table. The sales person said I would have to go the warehouse out by the airport. I live 3 hours away and didn't have time. I wanted to purchase one off the floor but they have a policy that a person can't purchase off the floor. So they lost a sale.

Fantastic experience! I called RC Willey and got ahold of Jonathan in the appliance dept. I made an appointment with him. We came in and with his help we purchased a washer and dryer. It went quickly and smoothly. They offered to deliver them the next day. They came and the installation crew was quick and friendly. This was a flawless, great buying experience.

We have shopped with RCWilley over the years. There prices are reasonable, the sales are good. They will carry the payment with no interest for a fair length of time. They will deliver promptly - appliances were installed and old appliances carried away. We have always had salesmen that were competent, professional, friendly, knowledgeable - And we were always treated like intelligent adults.
